POINT TO POINT / ROUNDTRIP TOURS
Riding from one destination to another and spending the night in different hotels or desert camps can be arranged by request for a minimum of 4 riders. 
An additional fee applies for your luggage transport in our chase vehicle.

DIRT BIKE RENTAL DAMAGE REGULATION
The bikes are insured with a full comprehensive insurance and a deductible of $1500
Any damage caused by operator error is the full responsibility of the renter up to $1500! 
Refundable Damage Deposit: US $1500 (in the form of a signed Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners Club imprint). 

GENERAL TOUR REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM AGE: 21 (exceptions can be made within a family if a parent is present and for dirtbike school).
RESERVATION: 30% of the price is required at the time the reservation is placed unless reservation is received 4 weeks or less before the date of the ride, in which case the full amount will be charged.
DRIVERS LICENSE: Valid and unlimited motorcycle drivers license or DMV permit (not required to ride in OHV areas).
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due 4 weeks before the date of the ride and can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club), Check or online via PayPal. 
RIDING GEAR: All AdMo-Tours customers are required to wear a complete set of riding gear on all rides and tours. You are welcome to bring your own gear. The minimum required is a helmet with goggles or visor, gloves, riding boots, riding pants with knee pads, riding jacket, shoulder  and elbow pads.  If you don’t have these items, you may rent individual items or a full set from us. See Below.

DIRT BIKE GEAR RENTAL
Gear for Rent by the day for guided tours only
Complete set - $60 per tour
Including: Helmet, goggles, boots, knee guards, elbow protectors, chest deflector, jersey,  pants and dirt gloves 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations received more than 42 days prior to tour start will be subject to a $70 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations received 41–20 days prior to tour start -  25% of the tour cost, but not less than $70; 19-10 days - 50% of the tour cost, but not less than $70; within 9 days of tour start -  100% of the tour cost, but not less than $70. NO SHOW - 100% OF THE TOUR COST.  Cancellation fee not to exceed the cost of the tour. Deposit balance may be put towards future service. Cancellation fee may vary based on the amount recoverable from outside contractors. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Bring your own bike
You are welcome to bring your own bike for use on any of our tours. This lowers your price by $70 per day! 

"Green Sticker" Bikes
We prefer street legal dual sport bikes on our off-road tours. However, it is possible to arrange tours within the OHV areas and throughout the Back Country Discovery Trail system. Access to  restaurants and gas stations will be limited and trails might be more difficult, possibly forcing you on unwanted detours. Only green sticker motocross bikes are allowed. Call us to discuss the best riding areas. 

We have  Additional Travel Insurance for motorcycle travelers which covers personal accident, health, hospitalization, trip cancellation/interruption, property and baggage loss/damage.
