USA... "Sequoia Forest"

Imagine immense mountains, deep glacier-torn canyons, and the world's largest trees, all found in the southern Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Ride scenic dirt roads, goat trails with stream crossings, and  razor tight switchbacks, from the desolate rugged high desert to the lush alpine forest. The Sequoia Forest tour is a truly awesome adventure - and it is only a four hours drive from Los Angeles. tour details pricing and dates day by day itinerary photos
We will adjust the riding according to your wishes and skill level, determined by your booking on a first come first served basis. This area offers great summer riding with skies typically crystal clear and  temperatures of 75 degrees in elevations of 6000 to 8000 feet. The trails are often narrow and hilly with rocks, boulders, ledges and tree branches, from chaparral and oak-studded foothills to the awe-inspiring Sequoia Groves. There is highly technical riding available but we also can offer leisure scenic dual sport rides restricted to dirt roads. Enjoy the camaraderie of a small group and comfortable clean hotels at the end of each day. It is our wish to preserve nature and freedom of riding for future generations – “tread lightly”!

Meeting at 8:30 a.m. in the hotel parking lot. After taking over the bikes and an informative briefing we will start a loop through the Piute Mountains towards Jawbone. We will ride on single trails, jeep trails, through sand washes and challenging hill climbs.  On our route we will climb to elevations of 7,000 feet from which you can view hundreds of miles of desert. The route will also take us to Inspiration Point and the Lone Star Mine.  In the evening you will stretch your legs in a comfortable hotel room while our crew prepares the bikes for the next day.

Day 2:
Lake Isabella – Sequoia Forest (130 miles)

After the 8:30 meeting, you have several options for today.
