You are about to take the plunge into one of the most rugged and mysterious chasms on earth! The ride down to Batopilas is one of the highlights of the Copper Canyon Tour. It has been called the most scenic drive/ride in North America.

As you descend from the top of the Sierra Madre, you see cascading waterfalls and sheer canyon walls give way to rolling hills and tropical farmlands. Off-roading excitement is on the menu with river crossings on remote logging roads, some dualsport, and curvy dirt roads. Narrow canyons turn into jeep roads that defy description. The ride takes you from pine forests through red mountains to lush tropical oases. You will pass incredibly scenic views throughout the land of the Tarahumara Indians and spend the nights in pleasant accommodations.
